The challenge is to make some surrealism digitally by combining elements that you don’t usually see side by side.
If you want to play but don’t have Adobe Photoshop, all you need is a graphics editor. GIMP is a powerful alternative graphics editor that is free to download and use.
Below is a great example of how you can combine elements from multiple images and combine them.
To do this you will need a graphics editing program, GL uses Photoshop from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, but you could use any graphics editor.
Step 1 – Download any images from the internet that you feel drawn to, and elements that you want blend in.
Step 2 – Use your graphics editor to combine the images luike an old-school ‘collage’.
Step 3 – Once you’ve made your surreal image, export the image as a JPG (try and keep the file size around 50k), and enter it into the game module above. Easy.
